ADAS1000 is a low-power, five-electrode electrocardiogram analogue front end. It is a full-featured, 5-channel ECG including respiration and pace detection. It is designed to simplify the task of acquiring and ensuring quality ECG signals. This provides a low-power, small data acquisition system for biopotential applications. Auxiliary features that aid in better quality ECG signal acquisition include multichannel averaged driven lead, selectable reference drive, fast overload recovery, flexible respiration circuitry returning magnitude and phase information, internal pace detection algorithm operating on three leads, and the option of ac or dc lead-off detection. Its low power and small size make it suitable for portable, battery-powered applications. Application includes ECG: monitor and diagnostic, bedside patient monitoring, portable telemetry, holter, AED, cardiac defibrillators, ambulatory monitors, pace, maker programmer, patient transport, stress testing.

- Input bias current range from -20 to +20nA (AVDD=3.3V ±5%, TA=25°C)
- Typical input offset is -7mV (electrode/vector mode with VCM=VCM-REF GAIN 3, TA=25°C)
- Typical resolution is 19Bits (electrode/vector mode, 2KHz data rate, 24bit data-word, TA=25°C)
- Typical integral nonlinearity error is 30ppm (GAIN 0; all data rates, TA=25°C)
- Typical differential nonlinearity error is 5ppm (GAIN 0, TA=25°C)
- Typical gain is 4.9µV/LSB (at 19bit level in 2KHz data rate, GAIN 0 (×1.4), TA=25°C)
- Typical gain error is +0.01% (GAIN 0 to GAIN 2, factory calibrated, TA=25°C)
- 56-lead LFCSP-VQ package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
