The MAX999AAUK+T is a single, ultra high speed, +3V/+5V, beyond the rails comparator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This is a low power, ultra high speed comparator with internal hysteresis optimized for single +3V or +5V operation. The input common mode range extends 100mV beyond the rails and the outputs can sink or source 4mA to within 0.52V of GND and VCC. Propagation delay is 4.5ns (5mV overdrive) while supply current is 5mA per comparator. Typical applications include single 3V/5V systems, portable/battery powered systems, threshold detectors/discriminators, GPS receivers, line receivers, zero crossing detectors and high speed sampling circuits.
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V at TA = 25°C, low 5mA supply current
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- 3.5mV internal hysteresis for clean switching
- TTL/CMOS compatible outputs
- Input offset voltage is ±0.5mV at TA = 25°C
- Input bias current is ±15μA at TA = 25°C
- Power supply rejection ratio is 0.05mV/V at TA = +25°C, VCM = 0V
- Common mode rejection ratio is 0.1mV/V at TA = +25°C ( VCC = 5V, VCM = -0.1V to 5.1V)
