The 0603ZD475KAT2A is a Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor with Ni/Sn-plated termination and X5R dielectric. A multilayer ceramic (MLC) capacitor is a monolithic block of ceramic containing two sets of offset, interleaved planar electrodes that extend to two opposite surfaces of the ceramic dielectric. Suitable for decoupling and filtering applications. The X5R range of MLCCs is targeted for general purpose applications including filtering and decoupling. This ceramic formulation allows a high capacitance offering.
