2EDF9275FXUMA1 is an EiceDRIVER™ 2EDi fast, robust, dual-channel, functional and reinforced isolated MOSFET gate driver with accurate and stable timing. It provides functional input-to-output isolation through coreless transformer technology. Due to high driving current, excellent common-mode rejection and fast signal propagation, 2EDi is particularly well suited for driving medium- to high-voltage MOSFETs (CoolMOS™, OptiMOS™, CoolSIC™, CoolGaN™) in fast switching power systems. This is optimized for high timing accuracy over temperature and production spread. The reliable accurate timing simplifies system design and provides better power conversion efficiency. Potential applications include server, telecom and industrial SMPS, synchronous rectification, brick converters, UPS and battery storage, EV charging industry automation, motor drives and power tools.
- 4A/8A source/sink current, 13V UVLO, functional isolation class
- Functional isolation test voltage is 1500VDC min (impulse test <gt/>10s, production tested)
- Output supply voltage range from 4.5 to 20V (min defined by UVLO)
- Output turn-on propagation delay mismatch between channels is 3ns max (INA, INB shorted, TJ=125°C)
- Common mode transient immunity CMTI <gt/>150V/ns
- Fast safety turn-off in case of input side undervoltage lockout (UVLO)
- 2EDSx with reinforced isolation, 2EDFx with functional isolation: production test with 1.5KV (10ms)
- Fully qualified according to JEDEC for industrial applications
- NB-DSO16 package, wide temperature operating range from -40°C to +150°C
