FUSB308BVMPX is a USB type-C port controller with USB-PD. This solution provides integrated Type-C rev 1.3 detection circuitry enabling manual attach/detach detection. Time-critical power delivery functionality is handled autonomously, offloading the μprocessor or type-C port manager (TCPM). The FUSB308B complies with the USB-PD interface specification rev 1.0 as a TCPC for a standardized interface with TCPM. It is used in applications such as desktops, wall adapters, and automotive.

- Integrated 3W capable VCONN to CCx switch, VBUS supply voltage is 5V typical
- VDD supply voltage is 3.3V typical, VCONN supply current is 560mA maximum
- Rise and fall time is 300ns minimum, receiver input impedance is 1Mohm minimum
- I²C-SCL clock frequency is 1000KHz typical, Rx bandwidth limiting filter is 100ns minimum
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, 16–lead QFN package
