The BD9E300EFJ-LBE2 from ROHM is a 2.5an integrated MOSFET single synchronous buck DC/DC converter in HTSOIC package. It has a high oscillation frequency of 1MHz while using small inductance value. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily. It features synchronous single DC/DC converter, over-current protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, undervoltage lockout protection. It is used in industrial equipment, power supply for FA’s industrial device using 24V bass, consumer applications such as home appliance, distribution type power supply system for 12V and 24V.
