OA4MPA33Q

OA4MPA33Q is an OA4MPA series quad operational amplifier that offers low-voltage operation, rail-to-rail input and output, and excellent precision (Vio lower than 200µV at 25°C). This low power op amps benefit from 5V CMOS technology and offer an excellent speed/power consumption ratio (150KHz typical gain bandwidth) while consuming less than 14µA at 5V. This also features an ultra-low input bias current. Application includes wearable, fitness and healthcare, medical instrumentation.

• Low input bias current is 1pA (typical)

• High tolerance to ESD 4kV HBM, high precision without calibration
