AD5317R is a quad 10bit nanoDAC® with I²C interface. This also incorporates a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remain at that level until a valid write takes place. Each part contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 4µA at 3V while in power-down mode. This employs a versatile SPI interface that operates at clock rates up to 50MHz and contains a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8V/3V/5V logic. Application includes digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable attenuators, industrial automation, data acquisition systems.

- Gain error is ±0.02% of FSR (typ, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, VREF = 2.5V)
- High drive capability is 20mA, 0.5V from supply rails
- 1.8V logic compatibility, low glitch is 0.5nVsec, low power is 3.3mW at 3V
- Power supply range from 2.7 to 5.5V, output voltage range from 2.4975 to 2.5025V (at TA)
- Load regulation is 80µV/mA (typ, 5V ± 10%, DAC code = midscale, -30mA ≤ IOUT ≤ +30mA)
- 16 lead LFCSP, operating temperature rage from -40°C to +105°C
