AD8417WHRMZ

AD8417 is a high voltage, high resolution current sense amplifier. It performs bidirectional current measurements across a shunt resistor in a variety of automotive and industrial applications. The device includes electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters and patented (U.S. Patent 8,624,668 B2) circuitry to enable output accuracy with pulse-width modulation (PWM) type input common-mode voltages. It is widely used in application such as high-side current sensing in motor controls, solenoid controls, power management, low-side current sensing, diagnostic protection etc.

• Offset drift is 0.1µV/°C typ, AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications
• Voltage offset over full temperature range is ±400µV max
• Operating power supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• EMI filters included, initial gain is 60V/V
• High common-mode input voltage range (−2V to +70V continuous, −3V to +80V survival)
• CMRR is 86dB, dc to 10KHz
• Input bias current is 130µA
• Small signal −3dB bandwidth is 250KHz
• Slew rate is 1V/µs, noise is 2.3µV p-p at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, RTI)
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +150°C, package style is 8-lead MSOP
