ADG467BRZ-REEL

ADG467 is an octal channel protector. The channel protector is placed in series with the signal path. The channel protector protects sensitive components from voltage transience in the signal path regardless if the power supplies are present or not. For this reason, the channel protectors are ideal for use in applications where correct power sequencing cannot always be guaranteed to protect analogue inputs. It is widely used in application such as ATE equipment, sensitive measurement equipment hot insertion rack systems etc.

• Fault and overvoltage protection upto ±40V
• Signal paths open circuit with power off
• Signal path resistance of RON with power on
• Operating supply voltage rating is 44V max
• Low on resistance is 62ohm typical
• Path current leakage is ±1nA max at +25°C
• Low RON match is 5ohm max
• Low power dissipation is 0.8μW typ
• Latch-up proof construction, operating temperature is −40°C to +85°C
• Package style is 18-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-W]
