ADG839 is a low voltage CMOS device containing a single pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. This device offers ultralow on resistance of less than 0.6 ohm over the full temperature range. It is fully specified for 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V supply operation. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. This device exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is widely used in application such as cellular phones, PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, modems, audio and video signal routing, communication systems etc.

• 1.65V to 3.6V operation
• On resistance is 0.35ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 100mA)
• On resistance flatness is 0.055 ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD)
• Rail-to-rail switching operation
• High current carrying capability: 300mA continuous, 500mA peak current at 3.3V
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.013% typ at (RL = 32 ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, VS = 3V p-p)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -57dB typ at (VDD = 2.7V to 3.6V, GND = 0V)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• 6-lead thin shrink small outline transistor package
