HMC1040LP3CE

HMC1040LP3CE is a self-biased GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier. The P1dB output power of +12dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite’s balanced, I/Q and image reject mixers. This features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 ohm, and is ideal for high capacity microwave radios and VSAT applications. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, test instrumentation, SatCom transponders and VSAT, industrial sensors, EW and ECM Subsystems.

• Frequency range from 24 to 27.5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, Idd = 70mA)
• Gain is 25dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, Idd = 70mA, 24 to 27.5GHz)
• Noise figure is 2.7dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, Idd = 70mA, 24 to 27.5GHz)
• Input return loss is 11dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, Idd = 70mA, 24 to 27.5GHz)
• Output return loss is 16dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, Idd = 70mA, 24 to 27.5GHz)
• Output power for 1dB compression is 12dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, 24-27.5GHz)
• Saturated output power is 14dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = Vdd3 = +2.5V, 24 to 27.5GHz)
