Informace o produktu
Přehled produktu
The MAX6021AEUR+T is a precision, low power, low dropout voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It features curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed thin-film resistors that result in a low temperature coefficient of 6ppm/°C and initial accuracy of better than 0.2%. This series mode voltage reference draws only 27μA of quiescent supply current and can sink or source up to 500μA of load current. The device offers a supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage (with only a 0.8μA/V variation with supply voltage) and do not require an external resistor. This internal compensated device does not require an external compensation capacitor and are stable with up to 2.2nF of load capacitance. Eliminating the external compensation capacitor saves valuable board area in space critical applications. The low dropout voltage, independent supply voltage and ultra low supply current makes this device ideal for battery operated and low voltage systems.
