The MAX9010EXT+T is a 5ns, low power, single supply, precision TTL comparator in 6 pin SC-70 package. This single high speed comparator operates from 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The device has a precision differential inputs and TTL outputs. It features short propagation delay (5ns, typical), low supply current and a wide common mode input range that includes ground. The comparator outputs remain stable through the linear region when driven with slow moving or low input overdrive signals and eliminates the output instability common to other high speed comparators. The input voltage range extends to 200mV below ground with no output phase reversal. Typical applications include high speed signal squaring, zero crossing detectors, high speed line receivers, high speed sampling circuits, high speed triggers and fast pulse width/height discriminators.
- Low quiescent current of 900μA
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- No minimum input signal slew-rate requirement
- No supply current spikes during switching
- Stable when driven with slow moving inputs
- Input offset voltage is ±1mV, input bias current is ±0.5μA and input offset current is ±40nA
- Power supply rejection ratio is 82dB and common mode rejection ratio is 95dB
- Voltage gain is 3V/mV
