Informace o produktu
Přehled produktu
The MAX907ESA+ is a dual, high speed, ultra low power TTL comparator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This micropower voltage comparator is designed for use in systems powered from a single +5V supply. The 40ns propagation delay (with 5mV input overdrive) is achieved with a power consumption of 3.5mW per comparator. The wide input common mode range extends from 200mV below ground to within 1.5V of the positive supply rail. The device outputs is TTL compatible requiring no external pull-up circuitry. All inputs and outputs can be continuously shorted to either supply rail without damage. This easy to use comparator incorporate internal hysteresis to ensure clean output switching even when the device is driven by a slow moving input signal. It is used in battery powered systems, high speed A/D and V/F converters, line receivers, threshold detectors/discriminators, high speed sampling circuits and zero crossing detectors.
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 700μA supply current per comparator
- Low offset voltage of 500μV
- Internal hysteresis provides clean switching
- Input and output short circuit protection
