Product Overview
NL7SZ19DFT2G-Q is a 1-to-2 decoder/ demultiplexer. When the output enable (active-low E) is low, the device passes data at input A to outputs Y0 (true) and Y1 (complement). The NL7SZ19 can also be used as a 1−to−2 demultiplexer. As a demultiplexer, data at input E is routed to either Y0 or Y1 depending on the state of A. The device operates over the voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V.
- AEC-Q100 qualified, positive DC supply voltage range from 1.65 to 5.5V
- Propagation delay is 6.2ns typ (25°C, 1.65 to 1.95V, RL=1Mohm, CL=15pF)
- Inputs/outputs overvoltage tolerant up to 5.5V, IOFF supports partial power down protection
- Sink 32mA at 5.0V, chip complexity <lt/> 100 FETs
- DC output voltage range from -0.5 to VCC + 0.5V (active−mode (high or low state))
- Input rise and fall time range from 0 to 20ns/V (VCC=1.65V to 1.95V)
- Quiescent supply current is 1.0µA max (25°C, VIN=VCC or GND, 5.5V)
- Input capacitance and output capacitance is 2.5pF typ (VCC=5.5V, VIN=0V or VCC)
- Power dissipation capacitance is 9pF typ (10MHz, VCC=3.3V, VIN=0V or VCC)
- SC−88 package, operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C
