Product Overview
The SKY65111-348LF is a 2W InGaP HBT Power Amplifier which operates between ISM 600 to 1100MHz band. The high-performance 3-stage high power amplifier IC designed for use in applications such as automatic meter readers and RFID. It has an integrated analogue power control voltage for achieving the desired output power levels. The IC is manufactured on an advanced InGaP HBT process.
- Output power greater than 33dBm at 915MHz
- 3.5V Nominal operating voltage
- Integrated analogue power control voltage, VAPC = 0.1 to 2.8V
- High PAE at maximum output power
- Low current in standby mode of <lt/>10µA
