TC367DP64F300SAAKXUMA1 is a 32bit AURIX™ TriCore™ microcontroller. AURIX™ second generation (TC3xx) comes back with an increase in performance, memory sizes, connectivity and more scalability to address the new automotive and industrial trends and challenges. In terms of performance, T36xDP offers 2 cores running at 300MHz and up to 672KBytes embedded RAM, 4MB of flash and consuming below 2W. Potential applications include industrial applications, safety applications, connectivity applications, transportation applications, powertrain applications, (H)EV applications, airbag control, automatic transmission hydraulic system, automotive battery management system (BMS), automotive body control module (BCM), body electronics & power distribution.
