TWR-SER2

The TWR-SER2 is a peripheral tower system module designed to be used with a compatible MCU/MPU tower card. The TWR-SER2 serial module enables high speed connectivity through dual Ethernet and high speed USB. This peripheral module provides tower system designs with additional interfaces that are commonly required by feature rich MPUs, including USB and dual Ethernet, along with traditional CAN and RS485 features. Simply connect this module to your MPU based tower system, along with any other peripheral modules needed for your application design, and get started designing quickly and easily.

• Industrial grade dual ethernet PHY transceiver with dual RJ45 Ethernet Jacks
• Industrial grade high speed dual role USB PHY (utilizes MPU's ULPI interface)
• Full speed/low speed host only USB (utilizes USB host controller interface)
• Four concurrent RS232 serial transceivers, including one S08JS16 based serial to USB
• RS485 transceiver
• CAN transceiver
