EFR32BG12P432F1024GL125-C is a Gecko Bluetooth® low energy EFR32BG12 SoC (series 1). This Bluetooth low energy (BLE) chip includes a 40MHz ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller and provides a 19dBm maximum power output. With a receive sensitivity of -94.8 (1Mbps 2 GFSK) dBm this supports a full DSP instruction set and floating-point unit to speed computation. Built with low-power Gecko technology, which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes, this device includes 1024KB of flash, 256KB of RAM. The device also includes support for proprietary wireless protocol development. The single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, an integrated balun and no-compromise MCU features. Typical applications are IoT sensors and end devices, health and wellness, home and building automation, accessories, human interface devices, metering, commercial and retail lighting and sensing.
