LBAD0XX1SC-005 is a world's smallest Type 1SC Cat. M1/NB-IoT module with global certification. It supports GPS/GNSS, OpenMCU, Integrated SIM, NTN. Suitable for wearables, smart meter, medical/healthcare, asset tracking applications.
- 3GPP release 14 compliant with support for NTN Release 17
- LTE CAT M1/NB2 -23dBm, 16MByte of flash, external antenna configurations
- 3GPP Rel. 14 eDRX and PSM modes
- Power consumption: enables up to 10 year battery life, hibernation current: 1.5µA(avg)
- eDRX current: <45µA(avg) at 8 Hyperframes and PSM current: dormant window configurable
- Operating temperature range from -40ºC to 85ºC
- OTA firmware upgrade
- Cellular regulatory certificate: FCC/IC, ETSI, TELEC and global certification: PTCRB, GCF
- Control via AT commands according to 3GPP TS27.005, 27.007 and customized AT commands
- IPv4/IPv6 stack with TCP and UDP protocol
