The NPC38-12 is a valve regulated lead acid cyclic VRLA Rechargeable Battery with bolt terminals. It has M5 female threaded terminal and each cell is fitted with a low pressure release valve to allow gasses to escape and then reseal.

Warnings
VRLA Batteries release hydrogen gas which can form explosive mixtures in air. Do not place inside a sealed container. Batteries must not be suspended by their handles.
