TLE9140EQWXUMA1 is a MOTIX™ bridge driver. This device is a 48V MOSFET gate driver compatible with a general microcontroller and MOTIXTM MCU to drive max. 3 half-bridge in 24V/48V platform. It provides protection features and the possibility to use the diagnosis features integrated in the MOTIXTM MCU. Potential applications include can be used to drive B6-bridge for BLDC motors with battery voltage up to 72V (load dump) for 24V/48V applications, for example, an engine cooling fan, water pump and oil pump, can be used together with a general microcontroller to transfer the applications to 24V/48V platforms, can be used together with MOTIXTM MCU to transfer the applications to 24V/48V platforms with minor software development effort.

- Supply current is 62mA typ (19V-60V, -40 to 175°C), total charge driver capability is 290nC at 20KHz
- PG-TSDSO-32 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
